VERY IMPORTANT IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGED TANNING LAMPS BY UPS FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS „« Accept the entire shipment. „« Give us a call @ 800-325-4294 immediately while the driver is there! „« Open the box: „« Give us a count on how many tanning lamps are damaged. „« We need pictures: a) A photo showing the damaged merchandise, inside the original box, with all of the original cushioning (picture should show the placement of the merchandise and packaging inside the box) b) A photo of the packaging material used inside box. c) A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (please zoom in enough to read the tracking number which begins with 1Z) d) A close-up photo of the Box Manufacturer¡¦s Certificate (BMC). The BMC is a round stamp that details either the bursting strength of the box or the edge crush rating of the box. The BMC is generally found on a bottom flap on the outside of a corrugated cardboard box. e) Two photos displaying all 6 sides of the package (1 photo should display the top and 2 sides, the 2nd photo should display the bottom and the opposite sides). f) Email the photos to, and enter the UPS tracking number in the Subject line of the email. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY OF THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE & PACKAGING MATERIALS!!!!!!!!!!! We will file a claim with UPS to get reimbursed for the damaged merchandise. 1) UPS will either call your business or schedule an onsite inspection of the damaged merchandise & packaging. This process could take up to 5 weeks. 2) Once UPS does their phone/onsite inspection, we will notify you on the disposition. 3) UPS WILL NOT REIMBURSE US IF THEY CAN NOT INSPECT THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE AND PACKAGING. 4) We will replace the damaged merchandise once UPS concludes their onsite inspection.
